The engine behind MohCitrus

Kiro translates the conversation, not just the words

Kiro is MohCitrus’s AI translation engine for Discord. It reads the messages around a reply, understands slang and mixed languages, keeps your alliance’s names and terms intact, and checks every result before it’s posted.

What Kiro gets right that plain translators miss

Slang, typos and chat shorthand
“brb”, “gg”, “ngl”, missing accents and half-typed words come through as what the person meant, not word by word.
Mixed languages
Taglish, Hinglish, Spanglish and other everyday mixes are read as one message, so nothing gets dropped or translated twice.
Names, tags and game terms
Server glossaries keep alliance tags, hero names and in-game terms exactly as written, in every language.
The conversation, not just the line
Kiro looks at the recent messages around a reply, so “yes, at 19:00” or “he’s right” translates with the right meaning.
Tone
Casual chat stays casual and announcements stay clear. Pro servers can choose a formal, informal or custom tone.
Replies that already match
If a message is already in the reader’s language, Kiro leaves it alone instead of posting a pointless copy.

How it works

  1. 01

    Read

Kiro takes the message, the recent conversation around it and your server’s glossary.

  2. 02

    Translate

Kiro’s AI writes the translation, following its own instructions for Discord chat and gaming communities.

  3. 03

    Check

Every result is checked before it’s posted: broken, runaway or wrong-language output is thrown away, and the conversation context is never posted.

  4. 04

    Fall back

If the AI is slow or unavailable, the message goes to DeepL, Azure or Google Translate automatically, so translations keep flowing.

Kiro FAQ

What is Kiro?
Kiro is MohCitrus’s own AI translation engine, made for Discord chat and gaming communities. It reads the conversation, understands slang and mixed languages, keeps your glossary terms intact and checks every result before it’s posted.
What powers Kiro?
Kiro is an AI engine designed by MohCitrus specifically for translating Discord conversations. It combines modern AI language models with MohCitrus’s own chat-focused instructions, glossary and context handling, and quality checks on every translation.
How is Kiro different from Google Translate or DeepL?
Google Translate and DeepL translate one sentence at a time. Kiro reads the conversation, understands slang and mixed languages, keeps your glossary terms intact and skips messages that don’t need translating. When Kiro isn’t available, MohCitrus uses DeepL, Azure or Google Translate as a backup.
Who gets Kiro?
Server Pro gets Kiro at all hours. Free servers get Kiro outside peak hours and standard machine translation during peak times. Personal Pro gives you Kiro for your own translations, like Peek Translate, in any server or DM.
Does Kiro store my messages?
Messages are processed to translate them. See the privacy policy for what MohCitrus keeps and for how long.
