What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus gives 200,000 characters a month and 15 channels. Pro has no monthly limit and adds voice translation and Live Translate.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Who can buy a plan for a server?
Anyone who manages the server. The plan belongs to the server, not to the person who paid.
How do I pay?
By card through Polar, our payment partner. You get an invoice by email each time.
What happens when a free server uses its 30,000 characters?
Auto-translation pauses until the 1st of next month. Everything else keeps working, and the owner gets one message saying so.
I already pay $4.99 a month. Does my price change?
No. Servers that subscribed before the new prices are Early Members and keep all of Pro for $4.99 a month while the subscription stays active.
